The Moringa is a wonderful vegetable cultivated many regions throughout the world with numerous health advantages. The scientific name of Moringa is Moringa oleifera. It belongs to the genus Moringa, family: Moringaceae. It is believed that this healthy vegetable is native to India, but now it is also cultivated widely all over the world, such as Asia, Africa and South America for domestic and commercial purpose.
