The Rutabaga is a root vegetable cultivated many regions throughout the world with numerous health advantages. The scientific name of Rutabaga is Brassica napobrassica. It belongs to the genus Brassica, family: cabbage. It is believed that this root vegetable is native to the America and Europe, but now it is also cultivated widely all over the world for domestic and commercial purpose.
