The Mangosteen is a delicious fruit cultivated in many regions throughout the world with numerous health advantages. The scientific name of Mangosteen is Garcinia mangostana.. It belongs to the Genus Garcinia, family Clusiaceae. It is believed that this delicious fruit is native to the South-East Asian regions, but now it is also cultivated widely all over the world for domestic and commercial purpose.
