As everyone likes to get and gift the bunch of chocolates to their loved ones, friends and valentines, Chocolate Day is favorite day of everyone. Mostly it is celebrated by the youths of the country by gifting chocolates to each other.

Eating dark chocolates twice or thrice a week has their own health benefits. Chocolates are rich in antioxidants which helps in neutralizing the free radicals that come out of the metabolism of fat, thus preventing ageing and age related chronic diseases. So, this special day has become involved in contributing towards the health benefits.
