Epsom Salt for Body Odor


Epsom salt contain antioxidant properties and it helps to detoxify your body. It is also helpful to produce a hormone called serotonin, which helps relieve stress. As a result, you sweat less and reduce the body odor.

  • Fill a bathtub with hot water and add about 2 to 3 cups of Epsom salt into it.
