Then rub it slowly to remove the dead skin cells using a towel. Make a paste of rice flour, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and honey. Now use as scrub and rub gently applying the mixture. Give a little massage to your feet and wash them off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Keep a habit of doing this regularly till the cracks are away.


Vegetable Oil


Vegetable oils are very effective to reduce cracking heels. Some vegetable oils like sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil, are useful for cracked heels as they provide required amount of moisture and avoid the dry air. Many people prefer to use these oils to prevent cracked heels. It is one of the most used and easiest home remedies for cracked heels. Scrub your feet using a a pumice stone and then you wash them properly. Then apply a little vegetable oil on your heels and wear a pair of socks whole night. Follow this every day before sleeping to get softer and smooth heels. Make a habit of this home remedy for a few days till you are out of this problem completely.


Neem Leaves And turmeric Powder

When you mix rose water with glycerin, it works amazingly together, which is very effective for cracked heels. Mix equal quantities of glycerin and rosewater properly and apply this on your cracked heels. It's suggested to do this before going to bed. Firstly, make a paste of mashed ripe banana. Then wash your feet clean and apply this banana paste on the cracked heel for 10 to 15 minutes It will help your skin to give the natural nourishments. Then gently wash it off your feet with lukewarm water and then you keep your feet in cold water for a 5-10 minutes. Repeat this on a daily basis to heal your cracked heels and then you apply normal moisturizer.
