Hyperthyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland is overactive. The Thyroid gland is a small butterfly shaped body organ, which is located on the front side of the neck.
The primary function of gland is to produce two vital hormones, tetraiodothyronine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) which in turn regulate the energy used by the cells in the body.   • Include dietary fiber in your daily diet
