Manali is one of the most popular hill stations in India which is situated between the snow capped slopes of the Pir Panjal and the Dhauladhar ranges.

Manali has really extraordinary scenic beauty with a persistent fragrance of pines and freshness. It has, lush green forests, sprawling meadows carpeted with flowers, gushing blue streams. Rohtang Pass, Hadimba Temple, Solang Valley are the most attractive points in Manali and one should definitely visit these places. 

Rohtang is the ultimate and essential attraction of almost all tourist which is located at a distance of just 51 kilometres from the main town. Rohtang Pass can be reached only by road. The pass is located at a height of 3978 metres. A mandatory Rohtang Pass permit is required by all visitors to travel up to or beyond Rohtang. The pass is an experience of nature, among mountain peaks covered with snow, breathtaking view and magnificent and sprawling landscapes and views.
Hadimba temple is a unique shrine dedicated to Hadimba Devi, who was the wife of Bhima and mother of Ghatothkach. This beautiful shrine is built on a rock which is believed to be in the image of the goddess herself. The construction style of the temple is entirely different from that of any of the other temples, with its wooden doorways, walls, and cone shaped roof.

Solang Valley is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Himachal Pradesh that is situated 14 kilometres to the north west of the main town of Manali. This valley is on the way to Rohtang from Manali. Parachuting to paragliding, horse riding to driving mini open jeeps specially available for tourists of all age groups here. This valley is considered as a most popular hub for outdoor and other recreational activities. Paragliding in Manali is a memorable experience. During winters, as the valley is covered with snow, skiing is a popular sport here. As the snow melts in summer, skiing is taken over by zorbing.
