1.Ginger for Gastritis:

2.Chamomile for Gastritis:

4.Carom Seeds or Ajwain for Gastritis:

11.Turmeric for Gastritis:

Turmeric contains curcumin, an anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial polyphenol, which soothes the gastric mucosa and reduces irritation in the gastrointestinal tract.
 

  • Make a paste of turmeric by adding some water and yogurt.

 

12.Jaggery for Gastritis:

Jaggery helps absorption and lifts the resistant reaction of the body against the H.pylori microbes . 

  • Have a small piece of jaggery after 15 mins of every meal.
