Puri:

Puri is one of the four must-visit pilgrimage sites for Hindus (Char-Dham). Puri is a beach city with its most famous attraction as the Jagannath temple.

It is situated about 300 km west of the state capital Bhubaneswar, 550 km west of Kolkata in West Bengal and 278 km east of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. It is situated on the bank of the Mahanadi River.

Baripada:

Baripada is a city, recognised by its beautiful culture and an essence of purity in nature that is situated a distance of 248km from Kolkata and 256km from Bhubaneshwar. Its Rath Yatra is considered the biggest and oldest after Puri and thus Baripada is also known as Dwitiya Srikhetra or Second Puri.
