Return Policy:Returns are applicable only in the case of damaged/defective products. If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to Getatoz.com within 24 hours of such delivery at +91 9658709513 and e-mail the photographs of the same at firstname.lastname@example.org. Getatoz.com will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms & Conditions, once Getatoz.com initiates refund, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
Exchanges:Getatoz.com will not accept any product exchanges.
Order Cancellation:Getatoz.com makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Getatoz.com may not cancel or change orders already in process at the seller end. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Getatoz.com post 4 working hours of the order placed.
Note: A refund will be processed by Getatoz.com in the event Getatoz.com determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Getatoz.com incapability of fulfilling the order. Problems with an Order.

Refund Policy:Refund in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in Cancellation policy, kindly refer the same.
The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded.
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
Once refund is processed by Getatoz.com refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account. Refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money.
Address Change requests
Change in the address is permitted free of cost only within 4 hours of date of purchase.
Sometimes the address change request can not be accepted, in that case order will not be refunded or cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:The below mentioned terms of the shipping and delivery are qualified by the shipping disclaimer which forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions.
Once your order has been processed & dispatched it will be usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped. All orders are to be delivered by courier partners, it is possible that Getatoz.com courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the estimated date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date.
